About FM KX
Welcome to FM KX (Facilities Management Knowledge Exchange)
This is the online community for the hundreds of FM professionals that are engaged with the Centre of Facilities Management Development (CFMD) at Sheffield Hallam University.
You will find many useful resources on FM KX including the latest FM industry news, details of our forthcoming public sector network and continuing professional development events that you can attend and the FM library. We're really keen for FM KX to be a true exchange of experience, knowledge and expertise as we're all in the same profession dealing with largely the same issues.To avoid members having to reinvent the wheel and spend time on issues that others' have resolved time and time again, please take time to contribute to the discussions, complete your specialisms (in My FM KX) and share examples of your better practice through submitting a case study.
Full access to FM KX is restricted to those who are actively engaged with the Centre through the research networks, taught courses and consultancy, however there are areas that others can still have access to - just take a look round.
