Case studies
In addition to the cross-sector project, we will be conducting and reporting on a series of case studies where property and facilities innovation is being used to deliver the public sector agenda.
Cases will be chosen that show as many as possible of the following criteria
- significant reductions in building provision
- cross-agency thinking and working
- supporting new FM service delivery
- challenging traditional attitudes to property supply
We position this programme at the leading edge of FM innovation. As in the early 1990s, there will be individuals and organisations for whom the current climate is an opportunity. We wish to capture the lessons learnt.
